For years, Indigenous women have gone missing without leaving a trace. These women are not found and nobody ever hears about these cases. Even if the dead bodies of Indigenous women are found, the perpetrators are hardly ever found or punished. The families of the missing and murdered indigenous women are, most of the time, left having to investigate the disappearance or murder of their loved ones since law enforcement rarely investigates these cases
