For Kenya, the development of the Multisectoral Study of Responses and Capacities (MRC) for the prevention, search and location of missing children represents an opportunity to improve how to approach the issue through a technical tool that presents an analysis of the framework of missing children ́s problem, in a joint effort based on the inputs from government institutions and civil society organizations which bind them in accordance with their respective powers and responsibilities.
